Role & Responsibilites:
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Represent the full spectrum of Human Resources function to the business and act as the single point of contact for all their needs
Work with other HR sub functions like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Service Delivery, International HR etc. to evaluate proposed HR programs for viability
Proactively study existing HR policies and processes and suggest changes which will help position HR function as a strategic partner with the business
Coach senior managers and leaders on people issues. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretations
Collaborate with other teams and managers which will help the Company acquire, identify and groom future leaders from within
Close interaction with the industry to identify the best practices and implement the same for the Company
Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies

MBA or Masters degree in HR, Organizational Development,
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT services Industry, sales & marketing, Airlines or Aviation Industry
